Booking
You can check my availability and book a session using the online booking form below.​ If we haven't met before, please firstly arrange a free initial session so we can discuss what will work for you.
In booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy
The cost for all sessions is £85 per session. Reduced rates are available at £45 per session - please just say on the booking form if this would be helpful. PLEASE NOTE - from April 2026, prices will change to £90 per session, and £55 reduced rate.
Invoices are sent after booking. Payment should be made at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the booking.
Phone / Online Therapy
@Google Meet
50-minute therapy session on Google Meet or by phone. The link for Google Meet is created at booking.
To make the most of our time together, I suggest that you:

log in a few minutes before the appointment.

find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed or overheard.

put a way any distractions.

Accessibility information: all you need to access a Google Meet session is the link and a device connected to the internet. These sessions can also be delivered by phone if that works better for you or if we encounter connection issues.
Outside Therapy
@RHS Wisley & @Alton
1 hour to 1 hour 15minutes therapy session as we walk or sit outside. I give a bit longer for this to ensure that we do not feel rushed. The pricing is the same.​
There are two possible locations:

@RHS Wisley, making use of the variety of paths, benches and covered areas here.

@Alton, starting at Jubilee Playing Field by Chawton Woods (GU32 1RF), Whitedown Lane by Ackender Woods (GU34 1PY) or Greenfields Recreation Ground (GU34 2BD).

Accessibility: we will go at your pace and discuss suitable routes that meet your needs at the initial session (please discuss any health concerns with a GP beforehand). You can also find more accessibility info for RHS Wisley here.
