How do we meet?
We can meet online, by phone or outside. When completing the booking form, you can specific which you would like.
How often do we meet?
This depends on your accrediting body's requirements and your own caseload and needs. We can discuss what your needs are when we meet.
What approaches do you draw from?
I was trained in psychodynamic, systemic and CBT approaches to counselling. However, I am largely drawn to person-centred ways of being and existential questions.
In my qualification as a supervisor, I trained in the 7-eyed model.
What is the cost for the session?
The cost is £90 per hour. However I do have a reduced rate of £55 per hours - please just say if this would be helpful.
How do I book?
Firstly, please book a free initial session with me. After this, you book in 30-minute slots using my bookings page, e.g. if you would like a 1 hour session, you will book 2 slots together. We can also book you in directly via email.
